IN NO EVENT SHALL THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF SNAKE MASTER ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR FROM THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO SNAKE MASTER FOR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM OR $100.00, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.
Provisions that, by their nature, should survive termination (including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability) shall survive termination.
