The arbitration shall be conducted in San Francisco, California, and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced.
